The song is pretty good if you can get past all of the ego-maniacal, has-been model bullshit......... been a fan of DD since '81...... could have done without all of the "artiness" of this, but then it wouldn't be DD :)
I do not find this video pretentious. It mustn't be looked at the first degree….at all !!!! It's like an enormous wink of eyes and burst of laughter at all excesses of the Eighties.... DD shows self-criticism and sense of humor while parodying themselves out of "old" supermodels....and acting as bellboys.
All this video Makes me think of the song that illustrates this Blog : "Memories fades"...."Look forward to a future in the past"....
But dear @Dominatortill81 you are FREE to think differently...or NOT ! :-)
